GeM copilot & credits

New here? Try the 90-second interactive demo — upload PDF → checklist → packet.zip with sample data.

How do bid folders and credits work?
Activating a bid folder is free. Every AI document you generate costs 8 credits from your unified wallet. A complete 18-document folder is about 144 credits. Credits come from your free 150-credit signup grant, monthly plan credits, or one-time top-up packs. Free tools never cost credits. See pricing for plans and packs.
How is GemSetu different from a GeM consultant?
Consultants charge ₹3,000–10,000 per bid and take 24–48 hours. GemSetu reads the ATC automatically, pulls docs from your vault, and builds a submission packet in under 5 minutes — on your schedule, for a monthly subscription instead of per-bid fees.
What plans are available?
Start free with 150 credits. Paid plans grant monthly credits: Launch 350/mo, Growth 900/mo, Scale 1,500/mo, Command 3,000/mo, Partner 6,000/mo. Credits power GeM bid documents, Lead Finder, and Content Planner. Founding members lock 50% off. Full details on the pricing page.
Can I buy more credits without subscribing?
Yes — one-time top-up packs (150 / 500 / 1,500 credits) are available to any logged-in user on the pricing page. Credits land in your wallet instantly after Razorpay payment. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing cycle; purchased credits stay until used.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Billing dashboard → cancel in two clicks. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Within 7 days of first subscribing you can request a full refund via WhatsApp.

GeM seller registration — status guide

Submitted your GeM seller application and wondering what “Under Review” means? This guide explains each status, typical timelines, and what to do if you're stuck. New to GeM? Start with our free pre-registration checklist.

DraftNo limit — complete and submit when ready.

You started the form but have not submitted yet. You can still edit every section.

SubmittedUsually 1–3 working days before it moves to Under Review.

Your application is in GeM's queue. A verifier has not picked it up yet.

Under ReviewTypically 3–10 working days. Most sellers hear back within a week.

A GeM verifier is checking your documents, bank details, DSC, and KYC matches.

ApprovedImmediate — log in and complete your seller profile on GeM.

Your seller account is active. You can upload catalogue items and participate in bids.

RejectedRe-submit after fixing; review usually takes another 3–7 working days.

GeM found an issue with your application. The portal shows a rejection reason — fix it and re-submit.

SuspendedDepends on the incident — respond to any Show-Cause Notice within 5 days.

Your account was restricted after approval (compliance, non-delivery, or policy violation). Not the same as a registration rejection.

Stuck in “Under Review” for more than 7 working days?

Delays happen during peak registration periods. Before calling, check your registered email and SMS for any GeM query asking for additional documents.

  1. Log in at mkp.gem.gov.in and screenshot your current registration status page (showing the status badge and submission date).
  2. If you already have a seller login, go to Need Help → Report an Incident on your GeM dashboard and select registration-related query.
  3. Email [email protected] with subject: Seller Registration Status — [Your PAN]

Include in your email

  • • Legal entity type (Proprietorship / Partnership / Pvt Ltd / LLP / OPC)
  • • PAN number and business name as submitted
  • • Date you submitted the application
  • • Current status shown on portal (screenshot attached)
  • • Registered mobile number and email on the application

Common rejection reasons — and how to fix each

PAN name does not match Aadhaar or bank records
GeM checks character-for-character consistency across PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, and DSC. Update the mismatched document at the issuing authority (incometax.gov.in for PAN, uidai.gov.in for Aadhaar) before re-submitting. Use our pre-registration checklist to verify every name matches.
Udyam / MSME registered under a different business name than GST
The enterprise name on your Udyam certificate must match your GST-registered trade name. Cancel and re-register Udyam at udyamregistration.gov.in with the correct name, or update GST if the Udyam name is the correct one.
Bank account is in personal name instead of business / firm name
For proprietorships, the account may be in the proprietor's name — but it must match PAN and Aadhaar exactly. For partnerships and companies, use a current account in the firm or company name as registered on PAN/GST. Upload a cancelled cheque or bank statement PDF (≤1 MB).
Class 2 DSC submitted, or DSC is expired
GeM requires a valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate from a licensed Certifying Authority (e-Mudhra, Capricorn, Sify, etc.). Class 2 DSC is rejected. Check expiry date — renew if within 30 days of expiry.
Document uploaded as JPG/PNG or file exceeds 1 MB
GeM accepts PDF only, maximum 1 MB per file. Scan documents at 150–200 DPI, merge multi-page scans into one PDF, and compress if needed. Cropped phone photos of certificates are often rejected.
Missing board resolution, partnership deed, or authorisation letter
Companies need a board resolution authorising the signatory. Partnerships need the partnership deed plus an authorisation letter signed by all partners. LLPs need the LLP agreement and partner consent. Ensure the signatory named matches Aadhaar and DSC.
GST registration inactive, cancelled, or not found
Verify your GSTIN status at gst.gov.in. Partnerships and companies must have active GST regardless of turnover. Upload the full registration certificate — not a screenshot of the GST portal dashboard.

Affidavit lookup

Find your affidavit

Paid for an affidavit but didn't receive it? Enter your email and the reference (e.g. AFF-A1B2C3D4) shown on your success page or confirmation email.

8-character code starting with AFF. Find it on the success page or in your confirmation email.

Affidavit questions

Affidavits are a standalone product — guest checkout, no subscription required. Subscribers on Operate+ get monthly affidavit service-fee credits.

I paid but I didn't receive my affidavit email
First, check your spam folder — first-time emails from [email protected] sometimes land there. Mark it as "Not spam". If it's not there either, use the lookup form above to re-send and open the affidavit directly.
The affidavit shows wrong information
Affidavits are generated from what you typed at checkout and cannot be edited after generation. If you made a typo, purchase a corrected one (from ~₹118). If the error is system-generated, WhatsApp us with screenshots and we'll refund and re-issue.
My payment failed but money was debited from my account
Razorpay auto-reverses failed payments within 5–7 working days. If you don't see the refund by day 8, WhatsApp us with your bank's transaction reference and we'll escalate to Razorpay.
How do I get a PDF? The link opens an HTML page
Open the affidavit, then press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows). In the print dialog, change Destination to "Save as PDF" and click Save.
What stamp paper do I need? Where do I buy it?
Your affidavit header shows the recommended stamp denomination (usually ₹10–₹100). Buy non-judicial stamp paper of that value from an authorised stamp vendor — usually near a district court or notary office.
Do I still need to visit a notary?
Yes. Indian law requires affidavits to be sworn before a notary or oath commissioner. Print your affidavit, sign in their presence — they'll stamp and register it (~₹50–100 fee).
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once generated. We refund within 24 hours if (a) our system failed to generate, (b) the document contains a system-generated error, or (c) you can show the purchase wasn't processed. Buyer's-remorse refunds are case-by-case — WhatsApp us.
How long do you keep my affidavit?
Documents are retained for 30 days in Supabase Storage. After that you'll need to re-purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Still need help?
