Common questions

I paid but I didn't receive my affidavit email
First, check your spam folder — first-time emails from [email protected] sometimes land there. Mark it as "Not spam" and future emails will go to your Inbox. If it's not there either, use the lookup form above to re-send + open the affidavit directly.
The affidavit shows wrong information
Affidavits are generated based on what you typed at checkout — they can't be edited after generation. If you spotted the error before payment, please buy a corrected one (₹100). If the error is on our end (a system bug), WhatsApp us with screenshots and we'll refund and re-issue.
My payment failed but money was debited from my account
Razorpay auto-reverses failed payments within 5–7 working days. Refunds appear with a transaction reference. If you don't see the refund by day 8, WhatsApp us with your bank's transaction reference and we'll escalate to Razorpay.
How do I get a PDF? The link opens an HTML page
Open the affidavit, then in your browser press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows). In the print dialog, change Destination to "Save as PDF" and click Save. The result is a true PDF you can email, print, or upload anywhere.
What stamp paper do I need? Where do I buy it?
Your affidavit's recommended stamp value is shown on the document header (usually ₹10–₹100 depending on the template). Buy a non-judicial stamp paper of that denomination from any authorised stamp vendor — there's usually one near every district court or notary office. The notary can also guide you.
Do I still need to visit a notary?
Yes. Indian law requires affidavits to be sworn before a notary or oath commissioner. Print your affidavit, sign in their presence — they'll stamp and register it (~₹50–100 fee). After that, the affidavit is legally valid and can be submitted anywhere.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are generally non-refundable once generated. We will refund within 24 hours if (a) the affidavit failed to generate due to our system, (b) the document contains a system-generated error, or (c) you can show the purchase wasn't processed. Buyer's-remorse refunds are case-by-case — WhatsApp us.
How long do you keep my affidavit?
Documents are retained for 30 days in Supabase Storage. After that you'll need to re-purchase. We do not retain payment or document data beyond what DPDP Act 2023 requires — see our Privacy Policy.
